  1. Pro14 is Leinster's again

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

Well that's it for the season, the Pro14 trophy goes back to Dublin once more. It'll take something special to wrestle it away from Leinster next year too, you'd imagine.

Plenty of international rugby to come over the summer as the build up to the World Cup begins, should be a good one!

  2. 'We'll come back stronger' - Rennie

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

Dave Rennie was disappointed that Glasgow didn't perform to the best of their ability, but says they will come back stronger next year.

"It was a massive disappointment, I think we're a better side than we were on the park tonight - too many errors," he tells BBC Scotland.

"We had a couple of opportunities to extend our lead at 7-5, didn't take them, and we probably over-kicked. We just didn't do enough tonight.

"You've got to give credit to Leinster, they're a top side and they defended really well.

"We'll have a think, we'll review and come back stronger next year."

  3. Glasgow becoming a real force

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

    Peter Wright

Former Scotland prop on BBC Radio Scotland

Quote Message: It's sad it ended the way it did tonight but what an exciting season it's been - and it can only get better for Glasgow, I think they'll improve going into next season and they'll become a real force, and stay a real force.
  4. Leinster a benchmark team

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

    Colin Gregor

Former Scotland Sevens captain on BBC Radio Scotland

Quote Message: Leinster are a real benchmark team, you look at their academy system, the kids they bring through, the foreigners they select, the likes of Jame Lowe, and the way they managed the game today was the deciding factor.
  5. 'It wasn't pretty' - Cullen

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

Leinster head coach Leo Cullen on Premier Sports: "You just have to play the conditions, it wasn't pretty, but the players did well. It was a stop-start game, there were guys out on their feet at the end."

On that Rob Kearney challenge on Stuart Hogg: "It's really clumsy from Rob but you can see he's going for the ball."

  6. Trophy lift

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

Leinster captain Johnny Sexton hoists the Pro14 trophy into the Glasgow sky, it doesn't look like these Leinster boys get sick of this!

  8. 'Saracens defeat helped us' - Henshaw

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

Leinster centre Robbie Henshaw on BBC Radio Scotland: "It was an incredibly tough final. It was almost like a home game for Glasgow so to come out on the winning side is unbelievable.

"The experience over in Newcastle [losing to Saracens in the Champions Cup final] definitely helped us get the win today."

  9. 'We died trying' - Horne

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

Glasgow centre Pete Horne on BBC Radio Scotland: "That's a tough one to take in front of our home fans. They made it a special day for it but we just couldn't get over the line at the end there. All credit to Leinster they looked after the ball.

"It's so frustrating. In that last half hour we died trying. We're not sitting here thinking we didn't fire any shots. It's a sore one."

  10. 'Best team won'

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

    Peter Wright

Former Scotland prop on BBC Radio Scotland

Quote Message: Leinster were good and deserved to win it, but Glasgow's errors helped their own downfall. The score reflects the way the game went.
  11. Leinster crank up the power

    FT: Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

Well it was a tense finish. But Leinster just cranked up the power in that second half and wore Glasgow down.

The Warriors left everything out there, but this Leinster side are just so difficult to beat, particularly when they've got a sniff of a trophy.

  12. Full-time- Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

The Irish side defend their Pro14 title! A superbly efficient performance. Their defence was just imperious.

  13. Post update

    Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

And that, should be that. A Glasgow knock-on just outside their own 22 gives Leinster the scrum.

The defending champions are not surrendering their title now. Outstanding defence once more. Winners.

  14. Post update

    Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

Glasgow are having to come from their own 22, and there's just 3 minutes left. They couldn't, could they?

  15. Try- Glasgow 15-18 Leinster

    Grant Stewart

    WOW. Too little, too late?

Every Glasgow player must have touched the ball in that move which ended with hooker Grant Stewart sprinting in at the right corner.

Crucially, Adam Hastings misses the conversion. Leinster are back up to 15 men too.

  16. Post update

    Glasgow 10-18 Leinster

Glasgow get the penalty. It's booted down the field.

Ross Byrne on for Johnny Sexton for Leinster.

  17. Post update

    Glasgow 10-18 Leinster

Phase number 18...Glasgow's title hopes slip further away with every Leinster carry.

  18. Post update

    Glasgow 10-18 Leinster

Here come Leinster...up to the Glasgow 22. Just so efficient.

10 mins left, is there a twist in the tale?

  19. 'Time an enemy for Glasgow'

    Glasgow 10-18 Leinster

    Colin Gregor

Former Scotland Sevens captain on BBC Radio Scotland

Quote Message: Glasgow need to put massive pressure on Leinster now, because they'll just try and milk time away from the clock. Time is becoming an enemy for Glasgow.
  20. Post update

    Leinster 10-18 Leinster

Oh, that's controversial. Glasgow seemed to have dominance in the scrum but then get pinged.

Not driving straight says ref Nigel Owens. Now Leinster clear down the other end and will have the line-out.
