Andrew Priestley: Wales you lucky, lucky dogs. The French’s game management with 14 men was so, so poor. They put themselves in great positions, but chose the wrong execution each time. Where were the drop goal attempts? Wales will get battered in a SF playing like that
Kieran: France go out due to indiscipline #quellesurprise
Andy Thomas: I thought the rip was forwards. The game should've been put to bed by then though.
France only have themselves to blame
Brilliant by Wales to get themselves back into that game. What a win. What character shown by that Welsh team. They've been through a lot together and that really showed. It doesn't matter about the performance, it's the result, it's knockout rugby. It took them 75 minutes to get themselves into the lead but you'd be proud if you were in that team. Absolutely brilliant.

Warren Gatland is arguably the greatest coach in Wales' history and, although that was nowhere near the best performance of his glittering reign, it ranks as one of his most significant results.
Wales are through to only a third World Cup semi-final, and the sense of relief here in Oita is palpable.
That was too much.

Eight years after Wales, down to 14 men, lost by one point to France in a Rugby World Cup semi-final, they have claimed victory over Les Bleus by the same margin following Sebastien Vahaamahina's dismissal.
Nice symmetry to that isn't there?

The lid is surely being hammered into place as Dan Biggar kicks into the France 22m.
France are going to have to go from the longest-range if they are to win this...
First they need to steal the ball though.

Maxime Medard kicks the ball long, long and over the dead ball line.
Their best chance is to get dead-eyed Camille Lopez into drop-goal range.
Instead we are heading back for a scrum red on halfway.

Have we just gone back to February? A re-run of France obliterating a side in the first half to capitulating and not playing any rugby at all. None. What on earth did they say at half-time?

What a scrum! Wow! You talk about instances in games where you come together as a unit and focus on the job in front of you, and that was that. But that's a decision that's going to be talked about for a long time. Is it forward?
Converted try - Wales 20-19 France
Moriarty (con Biggar)
TRY! IS! GOOD!
And Dan Biggar hoofs over the conversion from bang in front to put Wales in front for the first time in the match.
Fashionably late, but Wales might have just booked a ticket to the last four.

Tomos Williams ripped the ball out of the grasp of the France flanker Charles Ollivon...but did the ball float forward en route to Ross Moriarty?
The video officials cannnot find a clear angle. The on-field decision is a try. This is looking good for Warren Gatland's side...

Wales may well be feeling the pressure but imagine how France feel right now. It's last man standing, they are off their feet and they are going to make poor decisions.
