Generally a big fan of the BBC and it's journalists but this is a very derisory article from someone who obviously has little love or appreciation of the sport. The comparison to reality TV us a complete nonsense from someone who has only just scratched the surface into the sport. Yes the fighters hype up their fights to get more people watching but only the best rise to the top
Don't mind UFC but boxing will always and better at the top. Boxing can learn slot from UFC a la the WBSS
He's fighting at weltwerweight because he is scared.
i got as far as the X-Factor comparisons.
@44 Bit harsh Nick, Till is a great fighter and one of the good guys !
wow BBC finally admit MMA is a sport!!!
Only reason I would watch Till is to see him get his face smashed in! Yet another hyper arrogant moron bringing nothing but disrespect and encouraging the army or noisy wannabes to act the same ... completely overhyped (apparently the brash noisy ahole macmoron approach is highly marketable), and his last result was a fix - ST way below par, looked like he was in on it and still should have won!
Shame it's on so late should be a super fight! I had an email from BT sport saying it's streamed live at midnight tonight!
As long as his mouth stay shut.
I had him losing his last fight to Thompson and so did most people, so I don’t think he’s this great unbeatable fighter, but he’s exciting and I hope he does it for the UK.
