Birmingham Brummies speedway boss Graham Drury has expressed his exasperation at the banning of Krzystof Kasprzak for a second time this season.
Kasprzak will miss the meeting at Lakeside after being suspended from racing overseas by his Polish club for failing to hit his points target.
"The situation as far as Kasprzak is concerned is totally unacceptable," Drury said.
"It shouldn't be happening, we've done all we can to resolve things."
Kasprzak was previously banned from riding in the Elite League for two weeks by his home club Tarnow in April 2011, after concerns about his form.
