Lakeside Hammers have secured a place an Elite League Play-off spot after Coventry lost at Eastbourne.
Eastbourne's 53-40 win on Monday guarantees Lakeside a fourth-placed finish in the table.
Lakeside co-promoter Jon Cook said: "We are absolutely delighted that a season's hard work has seen us reach our goal."
Poole, Eastbourne, King's Lynn and Lakeside are the clubs that will contest the play-offs.
The Hammers will host a home leg against Poole or Eastbourne on Monday, September 19th, with the return leg a week later.
Poole, who topped the Elite League table, will choose their semi-final opponents later this week.
