Smith sets sights on Moto2 title

Bradley Smith says he is he is "going for the number one spot" in the 2012 Moto2 season before making the step up to MotoGP in 2013.

The Oxford-based rider reveals his 2012 machine is around "half a second quicker" than last year's bike, and tells BBC Sport's Steve Parish he feels the possibility of his taking fellow Tech 3 Yamaha rider Cal Crutchlow's seat in MotoGP next season is an "awkward situation".
