King's Lynn have moved to make Filip Sitera a full-time Stars asset by finalising a deal to buy the Czech rider from Coventry.
The 23-year-old made a loan switch to the Norfolk Arena in January.
He has gone on to average 3.25 a meeting in the reserve slot for promoter Jonathan Chapman.
"I'm really happy, I love this place. It's a really nice track, nice people and it's something new for me," said the two-time Czech under-21 champion.
Chapman added: "Fillip has a lot of potential and it's definitely a good move for the club.
"It shows our intent to buy riders who are happy to commit to the club and we are very happy."
