Manx Grand Prix: McGuinness to complete solo parade lap

Isle of Man TT star John McGuinness will complete a solo parade lap of the Mountain Course at the 2011 Manx Grand Prix Festival.
The 17-time TT winner says it is "a real honour" to be invited to complete a solo parade lap.
"I've done many laps as part of the TT anniversary celebrations but it will be extra special to go round the mountain course on my own," he said.
This year, the Morecambe racer won both the Superbike TT races.
The 39-year-old will complete his lap between the Senior Manx Grand Prix and Classic Superbike races on Friday, 2 September.
McGuinness added: "Things are always very hectic at the TT, so I'm looking forward to spending some time on the Isle of Man without the pressure of racing.
"It will be a good chance to meet people and talk to the fans."
