Speedway: Elite League play-offs finalised

Elite League leaders Poole Pirates have opted to face King's Lynn Stars in the play-offs, meaning Eastbourne Eagles take on Lakeside Hammers.
King's Lynn and Lakeside will host the first legs of the semi-finals on Monday, 19 September, with the return fixtures seven days later.
Poole are 11 points clear of the Stars, who still have a regular fixture remaining at Coventry on Wednesday.
Second-placed Eastbourne finished six points ahead of the Hammers.
The winners will face each other in the season finale across two legs, provisionally set for 3 and 10 October.
