Leicester Lions manager Jason Attwood hopes his rejuvenated side can end the season on a high in the Premier League Fours final at Beaumont Park on Sunday.
Attwood said: "September was a good month for us which has hopefully given our fans heart for the winter and going into next year.
"It would be really nice to put a trophy on the mantlepiece for them.
"But I'm sure Ipswich, Somerset and Workington are all thinking the same, so it will be a fantastic competition."
The original event in August was abandoned because of heavy rain after the semi-final stage.
