Jack Harvey stays with Carlin in Formula 3 for 2012

Teenager Harvey has already won ten driver championships

Lincolnshire racing driver Jack Harvey is to stay with British Formula 3 team Carlin Racing for the 2012 season.

The 18-year-old finished ninth in the championship standings in his debut season in the category.

Harvey told BBC Lincolnshire: "It's nice to have confirmation and to put my mind at ease. I think continuity of people is a massive thing".

The nine round championship starts on the first weekend of April at Oulton Park in Cheshire.
