Luciano Bacheta strengthened his lead in the Formula Two Championship after being awarded a victory in round eight of the season in Belgium.
The race at Spa was abandoned after three laps because of rain, so leader Bacheta was handed the win but with only half the points awarded.
The Essex driver now leads the drivers standings by 40.5 points at the half-way mark.
The Championship winner will also earn a test drive with the Williams F1 team.
Bacheta's victory followed his first non-finish of the season in round seven.
He went into the barrier in the first lap in the opening race of the weekend.
