Michael Laverty third in British Superbike races at Cadwell Park
Michael Laverty finished in third place in both British Superbike races on his Samsung Honda at Cadwell Park.
The Toomebridge rider lies fourth in the championship standings and has confirmed his place in the top six for the title showdown.
Clogher rider Keith Farmer won the National Superstock 1000cc race and now leads that championship by 10 points.
Ian Lowry was seventh and 12th in the Superbike races and Alastair Seeley from Carrickfergus 13th and 14th.
Lowry is now seventh in the series and Seeley 11th.
Reigning champion Tommy Hill heads the championship on 276 points after winning both races on Monday.
Tyco TAS Suzuki ace Josh Brookes was second and sixth at Cadwell and is second overall on 276.
Northern Ireland's Glenn Irwin was ninth in both Supersport races.
Dubliner Jack Kennedy was fourth and seventh in the Supersport events for the Northern Ireland-based Mar-Train Yamaha outfit, but has lost his lead at the top of the table.
Fit-again Castlerock racer Marty Nutt secured two fifth places in the Ducati 848 Challenge events.
