Northern Ireland's Kris Meeke finished 10th in the Rally of Sweden.
Citroen driver Meeke had started Saturday's final eight stages in sixth position but lost seven minutes after getting sucked into a snow bank.
"My inside wheels pulled us in. There were very few spectators, eventually we dug it out," explained Meeke, who initially dropped to 14th place.
Finn Jari-Matti Latvala won by almost a minute from Norway's Andreas Mikkelsen, with Mads Ostberg of Norway third.
Reigning world champion Sebastien Ogier recovered from a poor start to the rally to finish sixth.
Meeke had finished third in the opening race of the World Rally Championship in Monte Carlo in January.
