Dan Cooper has signed for the Hampshire-based Tsingtao WK Racing team for this year's Isle of Man TT.
The Gloucestershire racer, who made his TT debut in 2010, will compete in all the main solo races.
Last year he rode for the Cornwall-based Centurion Racing, who are not racing at this year's event.
"I'm now able to relax a bit after getting the deal sorted. I want to thank [team manager] Dave Tyson and his team for the opportunity," Cooper said.
"This is a real opportunity for me to move forward knowing that after a great relationship with Centurion I am in that family-orientated team again with guys I know."
Tyson added: "I am sure all the bikes will be competitive this year and we are looking to form a relationship with Dan over the next few years.
"I think consistency of team and rider at road events has proven to be key over the years and I am sure it won't be long before Dan is on the podium at the TT."
