Yorkshire Jets and Hertfordshire Mavericks have secured the final two places in the Superleague play-offs with two games left to play.
The Jets, who finished seventh last season, beat Team Bath 55-44 on Thursday to claim a top-four spot.
Last year's losing semi-finalists Hertfordshire won 58-40 against Team Northumbria to seal their place.
Reigning champions and current leaders Manchester Thunder, and 2014 finalists Surrey Storm had already qualified.
Thunder beat Loughborough 57-29 on Saturday to remain unbeaten while Surrey thrashed Celtic Dragons 74-45.
