Cavan's All-Ireland U21 football final against Galway will be staged in Croke Park on Sunday, 1 May at 1400 BST.

It will be the first part of a double bill with the League Division One final between Cork and Dublin (1600).

The Ulster champions clinched their place by beating Wexford 1-10 to 0-8 at Parnell Park on Saturday.

Niall McDermott also on target with two points in the first half and grabbed a 33rd minute goal before a string of late Jack Brady points saw Cavan home.

The victory in Dublin came just three days after Cavan had defeated Tyrone in the Ulster final.
