Fermanagh beat Derry in Ulster Minor Championship

Fermanagh enjoyed a convincing 1-9 to 0-7 win over Derry in Sunday's Ulster Minor Championship game at Celtic Park.

The Erne boys were four points up at half-time as the home side did not manage a score until two minutes into the second half.

Derry fought back and there was just one point in it when Fermanagh got the only goal when corner back Louis Leonard shot past keeper Chris Bradley.

Eddie Courtney got Fermanagh's last point and his fourth of the match.

After their scoreless first half, Derry came to life with Anthony O'Neill landing four points and Neil McNichol and Joe Morgan also grabbing scores.

Rory McGrade landed a couple of frees for Fermanagh in the second half and there were also points for Shane Lynch and substitute James Duffy.
