Three names have been put forward to become Antrim's senior hurling manager in 2012, and a decision is expected to be made by the end of this week.

Incumbent Dinny Cahill wants another year with the Saffrons but he faces competition for the job from Jerry Wallace and John Crossey.

Wallace was a trainer in Cahill's backroom team until moving to Limerick at the start of this year.

Former Down boss Crossey was Antrim minor manager this year.
