Aidan Watson scored his first goal of the season to give Crusaders a 1-0 win over struggling Glenavon at Seaview.

Sean O'Neill denied Andy Mitchell and a Chris Morrow shot flew wide, before Davy O'Hare saved Colin Coates' low driven free-kick before the break.

Declan Caddell headed the ball down to Watson, who slid in at the back post to score five minutes after the break.

O'Neill tipped Mattie Burrows' curling effort round the post and the Crues keeper also saved from Brendan Shannon.
