Leona Maguire wins Irish Women's Close Amateur Championship.

Seventeen-year-old Leona Maguire won the Irish Women's Close Amateur title at Baltray, beating Stephanie Meadow by two holes in Tuesday's final.
The pair recently played together on the Great Britain & Ireland Curtis Cup team which beat the United States.
Meadow, of Royal Portush, defeated Massereene player Lucy Simpson in the semi-final while Slieve Russell's Maguire beat Carla Reynolds (Seapoint).
Maguire's sister Lisa had earlier lost out to Simpson in the quarter-final.
Last year Leona won the Irish Women's Open Strokeplay title at Elm Park and this was her second Irish Close win in four years.
