James Hillier, who secured his first TT victory in 2013, has re-signed for Quattro Plant Kawasaki for 2014.
The official Kawasaki roads team rider won this year's Supertwins race by 33.5 seconds from Dean Harrison, having led from start to finish.
The Bournemouth racer said he would be targeting victories with "equal vigour and determination".
This year Hillier lapped the Mountain course at an average speed of over 131mph in the Senior TT.
Quattro Plant Kawasaki team manager Pete Extance said: "Keeping James for our roads assault was always our number one priority."
Hillier will also represent the team at the North West 200.
