London 2012: Emily Taylor relieved to secure Olympic place
Emily Taylor says she feels both relief and excitement after securing a place in the GB 2012 Olympic rowing squad.
Taylor was named in the squad on Wednesday and, although unsure if she will be in the eight-strong crew or one of the two reserves, she is thrilled.
The Lincoln rower, 24, told BBC Lincolnshire: "It's a massive relief and exciting as it's my first Olympics.
"If I am a reserve it will still be a really important job but obviously I would rather be in the eight."
