Cornwall's Helen Glover has said she is thriving in the Great Britain women's pair alongside Heather Stanning.
The duo won twice at last weekend's Amsterdam Regatta, putting themselves in a strong position ahead of the season's final World Cup event in July.
Glover told BBC Cornwall: "It makes us grow as a combination every time we do a good race.
"Heather and I have done a really good job to stay in the pair, but we need to keep on putting performances in."
Stanning and Glover won gold at the season's first World Cup event in Munich in May, building on their performance at last year's World Championships in New Zealand where they claimed the silver medal.
"Winning builds our confidence and builds the repertoire of what we can produce," continued Penzance's Glover.
"I think if we do well in Lucerne (World Cup) it'll be three really great regattas we've had going into the 2011 World championships, and that's the best possible state we can go in."
