Bradford Bulls prop forward Nick Scruton has signed a new three-year deal, tying him to Odsal until 2014.
The 26-year-old England international is in his third season at Bradford following his switch from Leeds and has scored five tries in 59 appearances.
Scruton said: "There was never really a question of me going anywhere else because I love it at Bradford, especially now under Mick [Potter].
"I think we're going in the right direction."
He added: "It's been a different club every year I've been here with the wholesale changes. But this year I think it was for the better."
Potter said: "Nick's an important player for the club and he'll be moving into the best part of his career. As a front rower, I think the best is yet to come from Nick. I'm very happy he's going to stay at the Bulls and he will be a good player for a long time."
