Winger Semi Tadulala has switched codes from rugby union back to rugby league to re-sign for Wakefield on a deal until the end of the season.
The 33-year-old former Fiji international has most recently been with union side Leeds Carnegie.
Tadulala started his league career in Australia with Melbourne Storm and played for Bradford Bulls before a three-year spell with Wakefield.
"Semi's experience will help our young side," said head coach John Kear.
"I'm really looking forward to seeing him in action for us.
"Our wingers are all very early 20s and sometimes you need a guy who has been around the block and knows how to handle the pressure."
Tadulala, who initially left rugby league to play union with Gloucester in early 2010, added: "It's great to be back here at the Wildcats.
"It's a brilliant club and I can't wait to get out on the park with the boys.
"I hope I can work hard to put in some good performances for the team and help them achieve their goals for the rest of the year."
