Leeds forward Jamie Peacock says every Rhinos player is behind coaches Brian McDermott and James Lowes.
Leeds' inconsistent season has led some sections of the Rhinos support to call for McDermott to go, just months after the former assistant coach took over.
Peacock told the BBC's Super League Show: "Brian has come in and done very a very good job.
"The players are 100% behind him and committed to what the coaches are doing," he added.
Under former Harlequins RL coach McDermott, Leeds sit sixth in Super League following defeats to Wigan and Bradford in the last two matches.
The West Yorkshire club's league record reads won 10, drawn one, lost nine, but Peacock believes that inconsistency is down to the players, not the coaching staff.
The England captain added: "Changes needed to be made and Brian and Jimmy came in and made those changes.
"It's down to the players. We are learning a lot from Brian and have a lot of respect for him.
"But as players, we have to aim higher and improve ourselves. I don't think as coaches they can do much more for us. It's up to us now."
