Workington Town head coach Gary Charlton has welcomed the two week break for his side in the build-up to the Championship One play-off final.
Town booked their place in the promotion decider at Warrington on Sunday, 2 October with a 19-10 away victory at Keighley Cougars.
"We're there now, we can sit back, get rid of our knocks and look forward to it," Charlton told BBC Radio Cumbria.
"We'll just go through and prepare like we would for any other game."
Charlton's side finished the regular season in third behind Swinton and Keighley, who now face Rochdale in a final eliminator next Sunday.
"They're a good bunch of lads, they go out there and give 100%," Charlton said.
"I talked to a few coaches and they said you want to be peaking at the back end of the year, and we worked our training schedule around that.
"We never pushed the players too far early on, we were ticking over nicely, getting beat at odd times, but we've come right to the end of the season.
"We're playing some good rugby and it's good to watch."
