Barrow Raiders have signed young forwards Bradley Brennan and Ryan Duffy on a dual-registration basis from Warrington Wolves.
Andy Bracek and James Gordon are unavailable for Raiders' NRC quarter-final game at Halifax on Sunday.
Raiders coach Darren Holt said a recent string of injuries meant it was imperative to bring in extra cover.
A Warrington spokesman said both Brennan and Duffy had been in the club's system for several years.
He said: "They have quality attitudes and the desire to test themselves in a competition that is more physical and demanding than at under-20 level.
"We see this move as beneficial for both parties especially during our mid-season break whilst the nines competition runs.
"We will keep close tabs on their performance whilst on dual-registration with the Raiders."
Duffy, 19, has been a permanent fixture in the Wolves under 20s this season having made 13 appearances out of a possible 14, scoring one try.
Prop forward Brennan, also 19, can also play in the back row and has made eight appearances in the under 20s, after progressing from the under 18s
