Leeds Rhinos full-back Brent Webb out for the season
Leeds Rhinos full-back Brent Webb has played his last game for the club after being ruled out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.
The 31-year-old, whose contract finishes at the end of the current campaign, suffered the injury in last month's defeat at Wakefield.
Coach Brian McDermott said: "It is unfortunate for Brent that his time at the club finishes with an injury.
"He leaves the club with our best wishes and is held in deep affection."
The New Zealand international signed for the Headingley side from New Zealand Warriors in 2006.
He turned down the offer of a one-year deal in May and leaves the club after playing 155 games and helping the club win the 2007, 2009 and 2011 Super League Grand Finals at Old Trafford.
