Widnes Vikings forward Hep Cahill has signed a new two-year contract.
The 27-year-old New Zealander joined from Crusaders in 2012, and has since scored four tries in 53 appearances.
Widnes are eighth in the Super League table after 19 games, with Cahill playing in just nine of those matches because of a neck injury.
"The race for the top eight is hotting up now. I'm getting my match fitness back and I'm only going to get better as we push for it," he said.
