Macgruff Leuluai: Widnes Vikings forward signs extension
Widnes Vikings back-rower Macgraff Leuluai has agreed another 12-month extension to his contract.
The Kiwi, 24, has signed a deal that means he will remain with the Vikings for the next two seasons.
Wakefield-born Leuluai joined from Leigh in 2011 and made 23 appearances this year, scoring his first ever try for the club against St Helens.
"He's a player who just gets better and better. We think there's so much more in him," said head coach Denis Betts.
"He works extremely hard and wants to improve and I'm excited about what type of player Macgraff can really develop into. I believe he's a player whose potential is limitless."
Leuluai was recently involved in an incident where his hit caused Warrington full-back Matty Russell to lose his two front teeth.
