Ben Thaler takes on development role with Rugby Football League

The Rugby Football League have appointed referee Ben Thaler as national match officials manager.
Thaler will combine his duties as a Super League on-pitch and video referee with helping to recruit and develop the next generation of officials.
"It's a fantastic opportunity which I'm really looking forward to getting stuck into," said the 33-year-old.
"Much of the focus will be on identifying and developing match officials in the community game."
