A day later, BBC Two will screen the match between struggling Wakefield Wildcats and Championship side Leigh.
The Centurions upset top-flight Salford Red Devils to reach round six.
A rugby league forum will follow both games on the BBC Red Button, while the quarter-final draw will take place at the conclusion of the Wakefield-Leigh tie.
All BBC television coverage of the Challenge Cup, as well as BBC Radio 5 live sports extra and local radio commentaries from other sixth-round matches, will be streamed live on the BBC Sport website and will be available on mobile and tablet devices via the BBC Sport app.
