Warrington have turned down an approach from Championship leaders Leigh Centurions to sign hooker Micky Higham.
Leigh - who are on a 24 match winning streak - had approached the Super League side to sign the 34-year-old.
The former St Helens and Wigan forward is out of contract at the end of the season.
"He is a key part of our first team and one of our more influential and experienced players," said Wolves in a statement.
"We believe he has a big role to play in the future success of 2015.
"Fellow hooker Daryl Clark is currently on the sidelines through injury therefore the club has also called back Brad Dwyer, on loan at London Broncos, for a month with immediate effect."
