Castleford Tigers prop Will Maher has signed a new four-year contract.

The 19-year-old, who made his debut last season, has made five Super League appearances for Daryl Powell's side in 2015.

Maher told BBC Radio Leeds: "It was something I've been wanting to do for a while now. It's the club I want to be at.

"I just want to keep improving. I know I still have a lot of work to do so I can't get ahead of myself."
