Featherstone Rovers have announced that head coach Andy Hay has left the club.
Former Salford assistant Hay took charge in May 2014 and guided Rovers to second in the Championship in his first season in charge.
A statement on the club website said Hay and chairman Mark Campbell "have been unable to agree on circumstances surrounding the club's recent form".
Rovers have won four of their last five games, including a 37-18 victory over Championship leaders Bradford Bulls.
The team are currently fifth in the table after 20 games, level on points with fourth-placed side Halifax.
The top four in the Championship after 23 games will enter the Qualifiers group of eight teams, from which four clubs will earn entry into next season's Super League.
