Jermaine McGillvary's emergence as one of Super League's most prolific wingers is down to his self-discipline and training, says Wales coach John Kear.
The Huddersfield Giants flier has 14 tries this season, taking him to 84 in 124 Super League games.
McGillvary, 27, made his debut for the Giants in 2010 as well as spending time on loan at Batley and Barrow.
"He's a team player who works hard on his game and is feeling the benefits," Kear told the BBC Super League Show.
"Jermaine does lots of work in yardage, bringing the ball away from his own end and, of course, his finishing ability is first class."
