Wakefield Trinity have signed versatile three-quarter Ashley Gibson on a two-year deal following his release by Castleford Tigers.
Gibson, 29, has also played for Leeds Rhinos and Salford Red Devils in Super League and during his Cas stint scored 11 tries in 28 top-flight games.
He links up again with former Tigers teammate Liam Finn, who was brought to Belle Vue earlier this week.
"It is a new era here at Wakefield with Brian Smith," Gibson said.
"He has a wealth of experience and I am looking forward to working alongside him.
"I cannot wait to get started in pre season; chairman Michael Carter has brought in some fantastic players so far to add to the great bunch of lads that are already here."
Ben Shulver, Anthony England and Sean Morris have also signed for the Wildcats in 2016.
