Catalans Dragons have appointed former prop Alex Chan as general manager on a three-year contract.
The 41-year-old scored 11 tries in 78 Dragons games between 2006 and 2008, including the Challenge Cup final, and was named in the Team of the Decade.
Chan also played for New Zealand, in addition to spells at Northern Eagles, Parramatta and Melbourne, and is the current Cook Islands coach.
"I'm really satisfied to have Alex back," coach Laurent Frayssinous said.
"He carries the club in his heart and is really happy to come back."
