    In my humble opinion Rugby League is the better quality code on paper!, but the unpredictability of Union makes it more exciting to watch!, even the farce of the scrums!.

    129, You failed to mention the reason he was arrested, was not that he represented RL, but that he had fraudulently acquired sponsorship by pretending to represent RU. So you condone fraud and robbery now?

    @128 Wrong mate 'Yes RU did things wrong in the past, but that is it, the past' You should use present tense. RU is still trying to kill RL all over the place. Take Morocco and the UAE as examples. RU there has tried to kill it with bullyboy tactics.

    118/127

    Whilst RL fans continue with the attitude of 127, there will never be a truce. Both games can learn from each other and grow, but if RL can't see past the old nullified issues, then RL will be the one to suffer. Yes RU did things wrong in the past, but that is it, the past. If RL wants to live in the past then fine, it will be rightfully treated as a insignificant game played by a few.

    118 numbnuts. "unwarranted"? 122 years of facts weigh heavily against that conclusion.

    The referring was excellent and he was very fair, anyone who says anything different is just a sore loser and an Aussie. They have dished it out to us for years and you only need to see re runs of GB game where Willie Mason routinely assaulted our players without even a penalty given by biased Aussie ref., so best to shut up when you lose to better teams on the day.

    @106 I coach kids union, and all the 'better ball handling skills' come from kids who also play league in the summer.To that end took my lad to play lge.amazed how much his skills came on,how fast his thought process became. kids are braver with the ball as the fear of losing it in a ruck seems to stifle their development.best handlers in Eng ru have lge roots.now coach league techniques in union

    @122

    The World Club Challenge is played between the winners of the Super League and the winners of the NRL.There is only one New Zealand team in the NRL.The other match is a way of trying to expand the concept of Super League teams playing NRL teams.

    Well done to Wigan & Warrington!, now lets hope England can close gap on the Aussies at National level as they currently own us!, Also why are New Zealand teams not involved?, because haven't they been No2 in World the last few Years & World Champions!.

    Well done Wigan. World Champions again.

    And great for wire to beat Broncs.

    Tony Smith summed it up when he said 'we knew what was coming'. Both coaches worked out how to beat NRL sides and they looked bad because the SL made them push their game. Aussies moaning (and they call us whinging) about pre-season and the distance. It didn't matter in previous years.

    Best teams won.
