National League One: Launceston 36-17 Blaydon

Relegation-threatened Launceston picked up a vital win at Polson Bridge against Blaydon in their battle for National One survival.

Tries from Mark Bright, Lewis Webb, Tim Mathias and Ryan Westren (2) handed the Cornish club a bonus-point victory.

Alongside his two tries, Westren kicked four conversions and a penalty in a virtuoso display.

Blaydon's scorers were Simon Barber, Edward Yarnton and Jason Smithson, with Barber adding a solitary conversion.
