Leicester Tigers forward Thomas Waldrom secured an awards double at the fans' end-of-season event on Tuesday.
More than 300 supporters joined staff and players for the dinner at Welford Road where Waldrom won the fans' vote for the player of the year.
The back-rower, who was also named newcomer of the year, said: "Welford Road is an amazing place to play.
"The rugby is very intense in the Premiership and I'm lucky I've been able to settle in here pretty quickly."
England international Julian White won an outstanding service award while centre Manu Tuilagi picked up the young player award.
Inside-centre Anthony Allen was named players' player of the year.
