Newport Gwent Dragons have strengthened their squad for next season with the signings of Nathan Williams and Tom Brown.
Former Scarlets loosehead prop Williams joins from Moseley while number eight Brown moves from the Cardiff Blues.
"I'm really looking forward to coming back to Wales," said Williams.
"I can't wait for pre-season so I can start with the squad and look at getting into the team."
Williams has represented Wales at various levels including under-21 and Welsh Clubs XV.
The 27-year old made six appearances for the Scarlets in 2003 and also spent spells with Llanelli and Narberth before joining Moseley in 2007.
Brown, another former under-21 international, joined the Cardiff Blues in 2010 and made several starts for the region during the current season.
Previously he played for London Welsh, Worcester Warriors and Coventry and has also represented Wales' rugby league side in 2004.
"These are two important signings for us," said Dragons forwards coach Danny Wilson.
"I worked with Tom for two seasons at London Welsh and he is a great ball-carrier with a fantastic turn of pace."
