Leicester executive director Peter Wheeler believes his side's Heineken Cup group will prove challenging for the club next season.
Tigers have been drawn in Pool Four with French side Clermont Auvergne, Ulster and Aironi of Italy.
Wheeler told BBC Radio Leicester: "It is challenging all the way round. We need to win all our home games and try and pick up two away games.
"There are no easy sides in European rugby, especially in the Heineken Cup."
Leicester have won the competition twice, in 2000/01 and they retained the trophy in 2001/02.
"They have all got better recently and certainly the Italian clubs have got a lot better," added Wheeler.
"Ulster have invested heavily in their squad and Clermont are a big French team with a big budget."
Leicester were beaten 17-10 by Leinster in the quarter-final of last season's competition.
"As a minimum standard we want to make the quarter-finals," Wheeler continued.
"All our fans like it, the players like it and the club enjoys that atmosphere of a European competition."
