Plymouth Albion have bolstered their back line with the signing of former Saracens centre Paul Bailey.
The 29-year-old former England Under-19 international, joins the Devon club having spent three years playing in France for both US Bresse and Limoges.
Prior to his move abroad, Bailey spent three years with Saracens before going to Championship outfit Doncaster.
He said: "Plymouth have got quite a few young players and if I can help them in any way then I would like to do that."
He said: "I know Plymouth had quite a few close games last season, and I would like to think I have something that can help them win close games."
Bailey is the second centre to join Albion during pre-season, following in the footsteps of Bevon Armitage, who spent two seasons with Doncaster.
Albion boss Graham Dawe said: "Last season we lacked a bit of experience in the team, so, hopefully, Paul's experience will prove very important next year."
