Redruth winger Lewis Vinnicombe is one of five players to pledge their future to the club for another season.
The 27-year-old winger was hit by injury last season, limiting his appearances to only nine all term.
Scrum-half Nick Simmons and centre Sam Parsons have also signed new deals with the Cornish outfit.
Unversity students Richard Brown and Chris Bailey are the other members of the Reds' squad to stay, despite the club dropping into National Two.
The Reds were relegated from National One last term after finishing third from bottom.
