Experience key for Nottingham Rugby Club - Hallett

Nottingham Rugby fly-half Kieran Hallett believes the Green and Whites will benefit this season from players having Premiership experience.
Hooker Joe Duffey is a prime example - he has returned to the club after two years with Leicester Tigers.
Hallett told the club website: "We are starting to come together really well.
"Having the guys come back into the squad, having been away getting valuable Premiership experience, is going to make a massive difference."
The Green and Whites have been knocked out in the Championship play-off group stages for the past two seasons and Hallett underlines their importance
"With the way the league is structured now, you need to make sure you're in the top eight and then make sure that the timing's right so that everyone's peaking when the play-offs start - and then it's anyone's game really," he added.
