Fiji warmed up for their World Cup campaign with a 27-12 triumph over neighbouring Tonga.

Winger Vereniki Goneva, lock Rupeni Nasiga and full-back Kini Murimurivalu scored as Fiji avenged last month's 45-21 Pacific Nations Cup defeat.

Seremaia Bai's boot added 12 points for a Fijian team that share World Cup Pool D with Wales, Samoa, Namibia and defending champions South Africa.

Full-back Viliami Iongi scored either side of half-time for Tonga.
