Blair Campbell says Guernsey are in the best shape ever

Guernsey captain Blair Campbell has said his side are in their best ever physical shape as they prepare for life in London One South.
The island side won promotion to the highest level they have ever played in last season after winning London Two South West.
"Physically, I think we're in the best shape that the side's been in since I've been here," he told BBC Guernsey.
"Going up into a higher league, we're going to need to be that physical."
Guernsey begin their campaign away at Hove on Saturday 3 September.
